Participant data will be entered into the management system in two steps:
1)Importing a DB containing all participant info.
2)Completion by participants of all their data.

Flights

All’interno del gestionale la segreteria si occuperà di inserire i dati relativi a tutte le opzioni di volo possibili: compagnia, apt di partenza e arrivo, orario, n di volo etc.

Car

Anche le tipologie di auto disponibili saranno inserite dalla segreteria organizzativa, corredate di foto, perché gli ospiti a cui ne sarà data la possibilità possano esprimere la loro preferenza.

Il processo di assegnazione degli hotel, sarà unilaterale, ovvero l’associazione partecipante/hotel sarà fatta dalla segreteria organizzativa che, una volta inseriti gli hotel disponibili, procederà assegnando strutture e camere a partecipanti e/o cluster di partecipanti.

Restaurants

Anche la sezione Ristoranti sarà compilata dalla segreteria organizzativa con tutte le info relative ai menu e al way-finding, che saranno messe a disposizione degli ospiti all’interno della web app.
